How to Lose Weight and Keep it Off
Do you want to lose extra weight and keep it off? I will share with you some advise that I have gained in my years of loosing weight. I have lost over 200 lbs following this advise. First this might seem common sense but my first advise is drink lots of water. Make sure you are hydrating your body. The human body is 70% is H2O which is simply water. In order to maintain equilibrium and balance of bodily function the body must be 70% H2O water. Water is good for you for many reasons, first it keeps body moving and running as it should. Second it cleans your body from toxins, bacteria and other impurities that have entered the body from food consumption or breathing unhealthy products in the air like carbon dioxide. Think of water as the cheapest medicine that your body needs and requires for functioning well.

MASTERING YOUR MORNING
Like most people, I used to think that morning routines were a little overrated. I did not necessarily think I needed a routine to get motivated for the day. What I soon found out was that my perspective of morning routines needed a shift. The more I started listening to podcasts and looking into some of my favorite entrepreneurs' practices, I became intrigued. I started reading and researching different concepts of morning routines and that is what then became Morning Mastery.

Water
The amount of water inside the human body is almost half to three-quarters full. Looking at it from an automobile perspective, it is like bringing your vehicle to the gas station. Then taking the nozzle and filling the car a half tank to three-quarters full. However, the difference is the driver must maintain that tank level of gas for the vehicle to run efficiently. That example is somewhat similar to the water inside of the human body. The only difference is most cars can go below a quarter tank and still run smoothly. However, the water within the human body is so unique that humans have no idea how they maintain that level. There may be one out of every hundred people that know the amount of water they drink by the ounce per day.
