A Chorography to Ashes
There is a map I carry, though it is still being drawn. It lives beneath my skin, outlined in the soft tissue of being. A $ for New Suggestions for the Vocal Leaderboard categories. A Harvest.
Gathering is an act of keeping. It might be harvests drawn from the earth, memories gathered like photographs, or small moments held before they slip away. To gather is to value, to carry forward, to make something whole from many parts. Rooted in the physical or in the emotional, in tradition or in personal memory. Think about what it feels like to gather, and what it means once you have. (Vocal challenge).
