My Favorite "Power" Foods To Eat & Recipe Changes I've Made While On A GLP-1
In late June, I decided to take the plunge and try a GLP-1 medication. It was something I had debated and talked with my doctor about for quite a while, but I was always a bit nervous to give it a shot – no pun intended. I’ve always struggled with my weight and as I started getting older, I noticed that I was experiencing a lot more pain and inflammation than I was comfortable with. I also have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), which my doctor thought was likely contributing to the symptoms I was experiencing, along with consistently gaining weight year after year. It seemed like nothing I tried or did ever made a difference in my pain levels or helped me drop any pounds. After initially having a rather negative experience with Metformin, I made the decision to give it a try.

Accept Cookies? (Yes. Yes! YES!)
Cookies, three ways Yes, I've been watching too much MasterChef, so shoot me. I love this recipe because it's easy, the ingredients list isn't too long, and they turn out fine without resting the dough (who has the patience for that?) It's also easy to adapt and make variations of, so it's hard to get bored of.

The Hidden Crust: Unveiling Pizza's Mysterious Trends for 2025

You order a simple slice, but as you take that first bite, something unexpected hits—a rush of sweet heat, a whisper of exotic spice, a texture that defies expectation. What if this isn't just food, but a gateway to a world of secrets? In 2025, pizza isn't merely a meal; it's a enigma wrapped in dough, topped with innovations that could redefine indulgence or spark culinary chaos. But as trends bubble up like sauce in a hot oven, one question lingers: Are we on the cusp of pizza perfection, or teetering toward over-the-top excess that might burn us all?

A Taste of London…simply fantastic!
HA Taste of London…simply fantastic! There is a show on Recipe.TV called “A Taste of London” hosted by Chef Edward Delling- Williams. It is as the title of the show says the food of London and culture. Being a native of London Edward Delling-Williams on the subject of London and the food. I love to watch a taste of London anytime it’s on. I would even watch reruns of it even if I’ve seen the episode before because it’s so enjoyable. I also like Edward Delling- Williams.
