Kodak has legal firepower. His high-powered attorney, Bradford Cohen, sent his opposition packing when he showed that their $10 million lawsuit contained nonsense.

The suit originated from a club shooting in 2022. The plaintiffs alleged that Kodak had something to do with the altercation. Cohen went on the defense saying when the “idiotic lawsuit was filed, they would not get a dime.”

He kept his word. The whole suit has been tossed into the wastebin of litigious history. Kodak should feel vindicated yet again. President Trump famously pardoned him and he’s dabbled in small issues here and there since his release.

What he should focus on is making more music. He has the ability to take on the right people and look introspectively at his life. His talent, his money, all of his values stem from his mind. He should hone in on reading literature and creating avenues for he and his team to generate more revenue. This is the state of affairs that ought to bring other rappers and stars around the globe to fully appreciate their legal counsel.

Cohen stated, “This should be a warning and a lesson to d#### attorneys, filing d#### lawsuits, come for our clients and we will come for you.” Wow. This is the kind of lawyer that anyone would want on their team. His way of conveying an assertive message is trenchant and powerful. As he practices law, he continues to be an ally for Kodak.

A lawyer like this should be an example for defense attorneys all over the globe. By being on the firing line with Kodak Black, he is issuing a statement saying he is going to beat his chest and do the necessary homework to legally bury all of Black’s opps.

In everything that Kodak does, he should be sending huge sums Cohen’s way for his forceful and genuine rhetoric. To consider the fact Black should be under the table for $10 million dollars is to say he dodged a major bullet. $10 million is still $10 million. And it’s not just about the money. It’s about principle. It is about the fact Kodak should never have to worry about a day in prison or forking over parts of his fortune to supply those who hate him.

Well, they can hate him, now. But Kodak may always get in trouble. The important thing is that he has a money-hungry lawyer that will eat the case.

That’s what’s so compelling about all of this. He has the money to hire Bradford Cohen. If he is smart, he will hang on to Cohen and never let him leave his sight.

Just as other lawsuits have been shown to be frivolous or invalid, this specific case will show just what it takes for the suits to drop. Kodak Black doesn’t have anything to worry about for all this turmoil and confusion. With a lawyer like Cohen, he should be lauding and applauding him for having his back during this stressful time. By taking the time to realize all his abilities, he has the chance to give his ideas on songs rather than standing up in a courtroom.

For all his wild dealings and alleged wayward acts, he is still a shining example of what it means to be creative in a climate of hacks, wannabes, would’vebeens, and hasbeens.

The people involved in the suit just wanted to chip away at Kodak and make him out to be nefarious. It all backfired with just a few choice words from a lawyer who actually gives a damn. Let this be a lesson to everyone.
