MISPLACED
In the bustling city's quiet corners, there existed a realm where forgotten things resided. This realm, known as the realm of the misplaced, was where lost items found themselves in a peculiar purgatory. Among them was a weathered pocket watch named Oliver.

A Trip Through Self-Humiliation: The Mirror's Reflection
I sat by myself in the poorly lighted room, bearing the consequences of my actions heavily on my mind. The sound of my own labored breathing is the only sound breaking the silence. I've wrestled with my old demons many nights, haunted by regretful and ashamed recollections. But I feel like I have to face them head-on tonight and admit the truth about how humble I really am.

Things feel different now
I first want to start by saying a huge THANK YOU to all of your support on my "Back to Square One" post! To everyone one that took the time to read it, read and comment, even subscribe to me, it means the world to me and you will never know how it's truly helping me. This also made top story and I am honestly speechless, I just couldn't be more grateful. Thank you everyone again from the bottom of my heart.

Please Stop Sending Me Reels. Top Story - February 2024.
You know, back in my day—I was born in 1998, so we’ll say 2018 was my peak—memes were simple. Funny image, text, done. Maybe a screenshot of a Tweet or a Tumblr post. Sharing was easy; just right click, copy, and paste into the chat, or on your page, or whatever. Consuming was easy as well. Just look, read, blow a little bit of air out of your nose, continue on. Your homie sends you a dank meme, you respond with a trite “lol,” and you move on with your life. They cared. You adore that. That’s your homie.

5 TERRIFYING visions of HELL. Content Warning.
The mystery of what comes after death has intrigued scientists, philosophers, and religious individuals, yet remains elusive. The only way to truly understand lies in experiencing death, an event from which one cannot return. Near-death experiences (NDEs) offer stories from those who have had close calls with death. While some describe a bright light and angelic welcome, others recount dark visions of torment and evil, resembling hell. In this exploration, we delve into five unsettling visions of hell from near-death experiences.

Is life passing you by?
Talking with a friend of mine recently, he said he felt life was passing him by, and he felt insecure about how things were moving. This raised an important question in my mind, why would he feel that way? why would he think to himself that life was passing him by?

LOVE YOURSELF
Living a life where you have to think of your actions before doing it or thinking about words before speaking makes you a person living a life made up by others. Such individuals have low self-esteem and become very vulnerable by displeasing others. In other words, these people are described as "people pleasers" one who thinks about others before themselves.

Literally Challenged. Content Warning.
Introduction Ten of my recent Vocal Stories have been Vocal or Non-Vocal Challenge related. I see Challenges as great for prompts and that is it, but I am looking at the current ones and the only one of the five that may get more response from me is the Inverse poem and I already have three pieces in there.

From Death to Life. Top Story - January 2024.
We got the call on January 2nd, the day after finding out that my partner's cousin had tragically died trapped in a house fire leaving behind 4 kids. I watched from zoom as my dads face twisted in concern. He had stopped steps away from the burial ground where he would lay his brother to rest. The camera man had been canvassing my uncle's funeral and happened to sweep over my dad at the very moment that he said, “Mummy is in hospital”.

Nobody cares, work harder
The first time I came across this quote was on the channel of Dax, who is a very talented artist to say the least. This statement encapsulates a lot, and there is just so much to unpack from a simple statement like this one. It might seem quite easy to read and understand, but there is just so much hidden behind these few words, and it really takes for you to be at a specific point in life and for you to have gone through some experiences in order to understand the full extent of such a simple statement.
