This Week in K-Music
May 13 Jay Moon—Fire Solo k-artists have a special place in my heart. Knowing how the industry works, I can only imagine how lonely that kind of career path could be. Jay Moon's voice is so beautiful. The track is acoustic and soothing, matching his voice perfectly. The video is a soft aesthetic, colored and edited to make you feel nostalgic. It's really a great listen.

The Future Bass Is Bright
So, last week I gave myself an injury that has made walking, sitting, working, and general life pretty hard. My physio delivered some heartbreaking news and so, to try and cheer myself up, I have finally returned to my monthly mixes. I know, I am crap at keeping on top of it, but hey! I only missed March, to be fair, so I'm not doing that bad...I've decided to give you guys a little bit of Future Bass education. I know this genre isn't for everyone, but I love it, so I'm going to share my love with you....

Best New Jack Swing Artists of All Time
New jack swing is a type of music that was most popular during the early 1990s. A hybrid style that combines the rhythms of hip-hop and dance with the sounds of R&B, new jack swing combines both older and new trends in one, making a soulful, urban, swing music, a huge hit for the time. And still today, this style is proudly played through speakers, an ageless genre.

The Greatest Grime Songs Ever to Pump Out of Your Speakers
Grime is one of the most underrated genres to come out of Britain in recent years. Known for gritty lyrics, deep bass, with just a little bit of a drippy kick, its a genre of music that brings out British trap culture in its entirety.

Untarnished Songs by Bands Who Are Over-Played on Radio
We all hate it when our favorite bands and artists become too "popular," and you become sick and tired of hearing the same song on every single radio station. Bands like Twenty-One Pilots and Imagine Dragons are victims of this. Some will stay true fans and still love all songs written by these artists, but I personally have stopped listening to the radio so that songs don’t become ruined by the Main Stream Radio Stations. Here are some of my top songs that have been untouched by those radio stations, by some of our favorite popular artists and bands.
