Reelin in memories
As the winter ended, extreme weather, spring droughts, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, volcano eruptions plus satellite silences due to solar flares, had intermittently left the masses without their addictive vagus link to global communication through the internet. Individuals began to listen to each other and think for themselves.

The Path of Hearts or Pentacles
“Hey man.” Warren grabbed the forearm of his friend Matt, who was the beer bearer for the 40th birthday party. “So, what’s on tap tonight?” queried Warren. He had pursued his dream and had landed on his feet, as head brewer for a local pub. He was always pleased to strut his stuff. As they spoke other friends celebrating their spring birthdays joined the party on the last day of May, 2025.

The Alchemy of Cooking
The smell of Chicken soup on a Sunday afternoon takes me back in time. A person’s nose has about 400 different types of olfactory receptors, and six million in total. Each person has olfactory fingerprint related to their immune system, and partner selection. Smell is linked to memory, emotions and interactions with other people associated with fear, happiness and erotica.

Looking Through the Eyes of The Shadow Self
The mists were thick as Kat climbed along the hard crust of crystalline frost that covered the path. An irregular echo of footsteps followed her. It was the ice cracking the rocks. She made it to the top of a high mountain. The low sunlight illuminated the deep waters below. She turned to look around. Cast upon surfaces of mists and clouds loomed the enormous blind Spectre of Brocken, known as the Grey Man of the mountains, whose Gaelic title is Am Fear Liath Mòr.
