He, instead, walked away from an inmate program 50 years ago and hasn't been seen since. By all appearances, he lived a normal life during this time. Cynthia Carver’s mother, Ann, knew immediately something was wrong when her daughter failed to show for her new job on February 22, 2019. She spoke to Cynthia the night before; she was excited.
