Couldn't stand the boss Had a lot of things gathering moss Other things seemed like they were almost on the rocks

Kids sitting around on their stools They were no fools Some thought they were cool But the teacher ruled Sometimes she could be cruel
Writing it down but then nothing in between Just some lines that couldn't be seen I knew what I mean But it wouldn't appear anywhere that could be anything but a ream
I walked around But there was nothing to be found There wasn't even a sound Something wasn't right even with the ground
No idea what was in it Wondering if it was breathing Looks can be deceiving Maybe it was grieving Could it be that it had something to hide?
There was nothing to see Not sure what it could be Maybe nobody paid their fee Nothing was going to change no matter what the plea
It is the name of my girl But before it is to unfurl How is it to come off the tongue without a curl? It is such a beautiful name for a sweet girl

I was sitting there waiting but nothing was happening I thought there would have been something It was just silence all around
Lying there on the fluffy thing I didn't hear anything So comfortable The softest pillow Feeling so mellow
I woke up and it was a sad day Outside it was grey Didn't have much to say Wanted to play But nobody ever wanted to pay
Beyond the expanse of the expanse Continuing into the unknown Delving into the void Putting everything in But getting nothing out
Lying there not wanting to move You have no idea if things will improve Saying to yourself that you have nothing to lose
