Disabled People Hardest Hit By 2025 Spring Statement
British Chancellor Of The Exchequer Rachel Reeves has delivered her Spring Statement which helped to set out and reaffirm plans for the UK economy and ensure that the country strengthened it's financial situation. There had been a number of worries from different sectors of the House Of Commons who felt that the Labour party was going against it's core values and taking money away from those who really needed it i.e. the workers and people who were disabled or on low incomes. These plans had been set out in the budget last October so there had been a lot of anxiety to see if the government would be sticking to its plans or changing course in a bid to ensure that the markets had confidence in the way different sectors of the economy were being run.

Labour Announces Plans To Reform Benefits System
UK Work and Pensions Secretary Liz Kendall has delivered a speech in front of a packed House Of Commons in which she laid out the government's plans to try and save billions whilst not making the lives of disabled people too difficult on a daily basis. In a list of measures which was mainly centred around the different kinds of support that are on offer to those who need it, there has been an extremely controversial build up and atmosphere due to the fact that Labour normally looks to support and cater for those who are in extra need. It was made clear that action had to be taken to try and save money due to the actions taken during fourteen years of Conservative policy which had left the country's finances in a very precarious situation.

Make NHS Staffing A Priority
The employment crisis for clinical and non-clinical roles in health care needs to be prioritised. That's according to the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) who made the assessment when looking at the state of the health service when adapting to new technological developments. In it's statement, the organisation said while upgrades in technological systems were certainly welcome, the main focus in the health service should be to develop a method of making careers in the health service look more attractive to potential new applicants. There needed to be more ways of reducing the pressure felt by current health care staff and seeing how it filtered down to the next generation of applicants.
