Another Walk Through Hulne Park, Alnwick
Just A Wander With Some Pictures

Introduction
There are three walks in Hulne Park, and I have written aboutmy walks here before, but this is my wander in 2026. I now always choose Walk 1 because you get some of the best views on this one. It's the light blue oneon themap below.

Hulne Park, Walk Number 1
The first part of this is through an avenue of trees, and seeing them makes me see where Tolkien might have got his ideas for The Ents from.

Then we come to a long wall on the right-hand side of the road. I am not sure if it is part of the HulnePark wall, but it is quite impressive.

Then the path takes a sharp rise to Brizlee Tower, an impressive folly.

When I got to the tower i thought I saw a witch. She was a lovely lady dressed in gothic black, with her daughter in a similar dress. I spoke with them for a while before continuing on my way.

My next stop was the standing stone and the memorial garden. I love the views I get here, and cloudless skies made the views even more impressive.

I then saw a strange sphere on a hill, which I assume was some kind of atmospheric monitor. It wasn't here last time I was here.

I then met the stoned monk beforemaking my way back.
Conclusion
Thank you for reading, hope you enjoyed the pictures, and this was the last thing I photographed before leaving Hulne Park.

Themusic is "Lady In Black" by Uriah Heep.
