In snuffed starlight, Luna slips to sleep on Dawn's cool sigh,
her pearl and sapphire coverlet drawn tight.

The world awakens to a strawberry-melon horizon.
Winged choirs harmonize as sepia worms slide home.

Webspinners check their
dew-gemmed snares
and the
Sun begins its daily waltz to
grand rhythm
