What’s the difference?
A/N: A haiku - just for you! What does this say to you? I am very interested in interpretations of my haikus!
I have unfortunately had a period of ill health, so poetry has been a useful outlet for me. I am happy to report that there are improvements and I think a diagnosis is around the corner!
Also around the corner...more FABLES!

Cassie and Johnny
I’m the kind of dame you notice. I’m no femme fatale, but you can’t ignore me, at least not until I warn you about what’s coming, then everybody ignores me. Hell, they usually blame me afterwards and give Johnny all the credit for saving the day, but my Johnny couldn’t save a seat at the movies without my help. Sure, he’s brawny, but brainy? Not so much. Like that time I asked him to spot me five bucks, and he said he didn’t see it anywhere on me, and believe you me, he looked but good.

Great haiku! So well done
This felt like one of those scenes in a movie when the MC finds themselves in a crowds room and all the company they could ask for but they're still lonely... almost that like longing for love sensation. Ya know? Hoping you feel better!! 💚

Sometimes we can just feel lost, whether we're alone, or not. Like a feeling of not belonging. That my interpretation.
Sorry to hear you've not been well. So my interpretation is the voice not being understood so no matter where you/it is placed, there is no sense of belonging. I don't see misplaced as "lost" but in the wrong place and that this comes from either not being fully present in the world or feeling like they are present but not being recognised how they want to be. I'm leaning towards the latter. There is sadness and resentment at this. However, you could also, with your pictures be talking about leaves and snowflakes, which gives it a slightly different interpretation. They have a job to do. Either way, they're falling. Is there a sense of duty, inevitability to their fate? I like analysing poetry! Thanks and all my best wishes to you. Hope they get you sorted.

To me your haiku says, "feeling left out, or a sense of not belonging".
